I have had PhoneWatch for many years and the service they supply is excellent. The few times the alarm has gone off I get an instant phone call from the alarm centre so I know my house security is being monitored and the house is protected. The alarm servicing service is also excellent and I have never had a problem with getting an engineer out for the annual system service and no complaints at all about the job they do.

We have Phone watch monitored alarm a number of years now and it brings great peace of mind. The staff are very professional and quick to respond. Whether it's the alarm or smoke detector (due to cooking) they call you immediately to check all is okay. We would highly recommend and would not be without it!

Absolutely amazing, professional advice before ordering, not trying to ramp up the costs, just honest. Chris installing the system was most helpful and patient with many questions from myself. He swiftly installed the system, went through everything, consulted me every step of the way to make sure everything is in place that is best security wise and to suit our family life. I love the key fobs, but the Voice Unit is my favourite :) Also after installation he left the place spotless! THANK YOU
