The PhoneWatch Alarm Receiving Centre is a 24/7 operation. Our team of highly trained agents are always on standby to initiate action on all alarms received. From a little under 15 seconds of receiving the alarm, the team begin actioning all alarms across burglar, smoke and panic alarms. Once we receive the alarms we call you the homeowner, then the other keyholders and ultimately the emergency services. So you can rest easy knowing your home and your family are protected 24/7. This response rate is measured on a 3 month basis. Our current average response rate up until January 2025 is 14.83 seconds.
