The PhoneWatch Alarm Receiving Centre is a 24/7 operation. Our team of highly trained agents are always on standby to initiate action on all alarms received. From a little under 15 seconds of receiving the alarm, the team begin actioning all alarms across burglar, smoke and panic alarms. Once we receive the alarms we call you the homeowner , then the other keyholders and ultimately the emergency services. So you can rest easy knowing your home and your family are protected 24/7. This response rate is measured on a 3 month basis. Our current response rate up until June 2024 is 12.83 seconds.
