We're thrilled to announce that our dedication to customer satisfaction has been recognised once again. PhoneWatch has placed top of the utilities and services sector at the CX Awards 2024, for the third year in a row! This is a huge honour for us and a testament to the hard work and commitment of our entire team.
PhoneWatch has ranked 11th overall this year out of 150 nationwide brands, across multiple industries.
What is involved in the survey?
- A random sample of our customers are questioned on the CX we deliver
- The customer must have had an interaction with us in the last 6 months
- Customers are questioned on our delivery against a CX framework (trust, how we fix things, managing customer expectations, how easy are we to do business with, empathy and treating customers as individuals)
- Customers are also questioned on value, affordability, impact of staff on our CX and if we are making improvements to meet the needs of our customers
