For extra security, video camera monitoring service available
We can now monitor your video cameras (except video doorbell cameras), when your alarm is armed and it activates. Our Alarm Receiving Centre team can access your video footage to ensure you are kept safe. We can’t view footage in any other scenario. If you would like to have this service, you will need to opt into video verification via your PhoneWatch video app. You can choose to opt in and out any time.
